Welcome to Mallory Park Road Race League – whether you’re a returning rider or racing for the first
time, we can’t wait to see you on the start line in 2021.
We know that the last year has been very strange for all of us and we’ve had to do things a little
differently – Mallory is no exception.
We’ve had to make a few alterations to what you might be used to; however, our priority remains
for you to have fun, enjoy your racing and be safe.
Please take five minutes to read the details of how Tuesday race nights will work:

Toilets

  • The toilets in the track centre will be open from 1815 until the end of the U14/16 race.
  • A volunteer will be on duty outside the toilets at all time to ensure safe occupancy levels.

Spectators

  • Until national COVID restrictions are relaxed further, spectators are not permitted at outdoor sports
facilities. However, adults are allowed to spectate when they are present in a safeguarding capacity
    for U18’s.
  • Until national restrictions are relaxed further, one adult per child will be permitted onto the site and
no none riding children. Two parents will be allowed onsite if one is fulfilling the role of a race
    marshal.
  • Please observe social distancing rules at all times. Mallory is a huge site and there’s no reason why
we can’t spread out safely around the track and the track centre.
  • Please observe the one way system at all times and do not congregate with people who are not in
    your household / support bubble.
  • Please do not congregate near the start / finish line – give your son/daughter a cheer from the place
where they might attack for a solo win or need a bit of encouragement to get back into the bunch.

Finally, we hope to be able to throw all these new rules and regulations in the bin as soon as possible
and return to ‘Mallory as normal’. However, until we’re allowed to do this, we would urge you to
stick to the rules both to keep everybody safe and healthy but also to be seen to be complying –
Mallory Park are expecting unannounced inspections from the local authority which could result in
the league being shut down if compliance with safety precautions is low
